This is a gentle and energizing yoga practice focused around fostering health and comfort for your postpartum body. Learn tools and practices for strengthening the pelvic floor and abdominal muscles after birth and releasing tension in the chest, shoulders, and back muscles that is common when parenting a newborn. For this baby and breastfeeding friendly course, we have incorporated the presence of your pre-crawling little one into our poses and movements. You may come to this class as soon after your birth as you feel ready. We can modify any poses to meet your body along its postpartum journey.
Registration covers one adult and one baby.
